Hyderabad: TPCC President Revanth Reddy reacted strongly to KTR’s comments about Rahul Gandhi. KTR had said that Rahul does not know anything about agriculture.
“How dare he talk like that about Soniamma’s successor who gave Telangana? You don’t know the difference between day and night, how can you criticise Rahul? Does KTR actually know what agriculture is?” Revanth said. He said that KTR knows nothing about agriculture except “dhudlu, budlu, bedlu” (money, liquor and beds). Revanth called upon Congress workers to stop KTR wherever he is and ask him about his comments about Rahul. Protest by locking rythu vedikas until 24 hours of electricity supply is provided, he said.
Revanth appealed to farmers and Congress workers to tie BRS MLAs to trees until they give 24-hour electricity supply, loan waivers and podu land pattas.
“The BJP and the BRS are friends in the dark. They have a Fevicol bond. If Harish Rao has faith in KCR’s leadership KCR should contest in Gajwel again. Seats should be given to all sitting MLAs. This is like a referendum on the KCR regime. Why is KCR who said that he will come to power a third time afraid to contest in Gajwel? Why are they bothering about giving seats to sitting MLAs?” asked Revanth.
Earlier, Revanth Tweeted saying, “Farming does not mean cleaning utensils in the US, Drama Rao. Agriculture does not mean resting in Jubilee Hills guest houses and not partying with cinema people.
