Line-up of officials to fix KTR?

These days when officials are in the dock, the first question that arises in eager bureaucratic circles is: ‘Will the mud stick on former minister KT Rama Rao?’ Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths have reportedly exposed disproportionate assets amounting to over Rs 100 crore allegedly amassed by Shiva Balakrishna,  Secretary of the Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority  and former director of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority . Almost everyone in the know believes that this was done to also throw mud at KTR. The state government has already questioned principal secretary Arvind Kumar for alleged violation of rules in releasing the initial outlay for the Formula E race. Bureaucratic circles are wondering who could be the other officers in line for making it easy for the government to get back at KTR.
