The recently released Tamil film Maamannan starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vadivelu, and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles has won accolades and emerging as boxoffice winner too. The film which was released on 29 June, is written and directed by Mari Selvaraj whose first two movies Pariyerum Perumal and Karnan were runaway hits. The film Maamannan is all set to become a blockbuster, and the directors completes hat-trick hits with this.
Meanwhile, the Telugu leading distribution houses Asian Multiplexes Pvt Ltd and Suresh Productions together acquired the Telugu rights of the movie that also stars Keerthy Suresh. The film is titled Nayakudu and it is set for its theatrical release in the Telugu states on July 14th. Nayakudu will have a grand release in Telugu.
The release date poster grabs our attention immediately as it sees Vadivelu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Fahadh Faasil and Keerthy Suresh with intensity in their faces. This political action thriller will mark Udhayanidhi’s final film as an actor before he takes up a full-fledged political career.
Recently Rajinikanth has showered praises on the crew and film. The film is backed by Udhayanidhi’s Red Giant movies. The technical crew includes Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman, cinematographer Theni Eswar, and editor Selva.
