An opportunity for those who cannot attend Spandana

NTR District Collector Dr S Dilli Rao has said that people who are unable to attend the Spandana programme to resolve their problems may utilise the newly-launched ‘Jaganannaku Chebudam’ toll free number 1902. He suggested that people dial this number and get the solutions to their problems.

Dr Dilli Rao explained to the media the implementation of the new programme at his chamber on the premises of the collectorate in Vijayawada on Wednesday. The new programme was released by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office at Tadepalli near Vijayawada the other day.

The Collector spoke to the media and said that Jaganannaku Chebudam would provide permanent solutions to all problems faced by the people during the implementation of the welfare schemes. “For that, the government has brought the toll free number 1902 into use. It will be an opportunity for those who are unable to attend the Spandana programme,” he said.

Further, he said the State government was providing transparent services to the people by implementing several welfare schemes through ward/gram sachivalayam. By conducting the Spandana programme at the gram, mandal, and the district level, a majority of problems were resolved, he said.

“Jaganannaku Chebudam programme will be helpful to resolve the problems which were not solved at Spandana. Besides, many people are not attending Spandana due to various reasons,” Dilli Rao said.

Meanwhile, he said that he was conducting tele and video conferences for solving the reopened petitions every Saturday. Also, directions will be given to all officials regarding the petitions which were registered at Spandana. All petitions will be verified carefully and solutions will be given, he added.
