‘Making KCR was life-changing movement for me’

Rocking Rakesh is famous for hosting the clever comedy show Jabardasth. The former actor has transitioned to becoming a producer and is developing a movie called KCR: Keshava Chandra Ramavath. The actor intentionally used the abbreviation KCR for the title, which stands for the ex-Chief Minister of Telangana and a key figure in the Telangana Movement.
“Though I put the title with a movement leader, but to make this film I faced a big movement in my life,” said Rocking Rakesh. He expressed gratitude towards a small number of individuals who assisted him in ensuring that this film would be released on November 22. Anji holds the position of director for this movie.
Several of his comrades such as Hyper Aadhi, Sudigaali Sudheer, Dhanraj were present at the function to show their support to Rakesh for his hard work. Roja, who transitioned from acting to politics and serves as one of the judges on the Jabardasth show, was also present.
 “He used to call me ‘Amma’ and I hope his film is going to be a great success,” said Roja.
Former Telangana Minister, Harish Rao was present as the chief guest and extended his best wishes for the team’s success.
“I don’t know much about films, but I heard that Rakesh came from a village to this stage and he got his own name. He made this film with the inspiration of KCR garu and I am happy for it. KCR is not just a name, it is history and ten years he took the Telangana state into development,” said Harish Rao. Several industry professionals and politicians, such as Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao, Siva Balaji, N Shankar, Jaani Master, MLA Desapathi and Rasamayi Balakishan, showed up to congratulate Rakesh and wish him success.
