Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Monday played marbles with the children in Singarajupalli village during his visit to a school there.
Dayakar Rao, who always mingles with people, played marbles to the delight of the children and other onlookers. People who gathered there, including children, were seen clapping as the Minister hit the marbles with a striking marble.
As part of his series of official programmes, the Minister visited Singarajupalli village and took part in various developmental activities in the village.
During a visit to the local government school, he found children playing marbles. The Minister, who recalled his childhood days when he had played marbles, became one among the children to the surprise of one and all and started playing marbles with ease.
