Minorities in the eye of admin storm

Although Reddys getting key postings is a foregone conclusion in Telangana, this time minorities seem to be in the eye of the administrative storm in the state when it comes to plum and quick postings under the new dispensation. Shahnawaz Qasim IPS was posted as secretary to CM first. Revanth Reddy then made it clear that issues related to minorities would be addressed and cited the appointment of Qasim as the beginning.
