Amrapali Kata Reddy getting a plum post after her return from central deputation has attracted many eyeballs. A little bird told us that during the 2018 elections, while Rajat Kumar rightly sensed that TRS was coming, Amrapali was of the considered opinion that the Congress would come to power. With BRS coming to power, Amrapali chose to go to Delhi as part of her career option. The timing of the deputation then and the formation of the new Congress government now seems to have been opportune for Amrapali, who got her posting a couple of days after meeting new CM Revanth Reddy.
