Aries Agro limited, a plant nutrition company on May 16 launched a mobile soil scanner.
The scanner was launched during the Hairman’s Club Annual Business Conference 2023 at the Novotel, Shamshabad. The six inch portable machine has an ergonomic design weighing 250 grams only and does tests without any chemicals. The result is derived within two minutes and is highly affordable with highest testing capabilities.
Speaking of the device, Dr Rahul Mirchandani, Chairman and MD, Aries Agro Limited, said, “Aries Agro has entered into a collaboration with the IIT-K Business Incubation Centre for this unique soil scanning device, and introduced a range of products which will help farmers protect their crops in adverse climatic conditions. The device will use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to provide instant and accurate results of soil tests digitally delivered to farmers over their mobile phones.”
