A high-level team of officers from the Nagaland government has lauded the functioning of the Chief Minister’s Prajavani initiative in Telangana, calling it “excellent” and a model that deserves replication.
The team visited the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan on Tuesday and observed the functioning of the Prajavani grievance redressal system first-hand. During the visit, the delegation was briefed by State Planning Board Vice Chairman and Prajavani Incharge Dr G Chinna Reddy, along with State Nodal Officer Divya Devarajan.
The officials were given a detailed walkthrough of how public grievances are received, digitised, and promptly forwarded to the concerned departments online. The delegation also examined the role of desk officers and the help desk operations.
