The two-day visit of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to Delhi has been confirmed. The CM will arrive in Delhi on Monday afternoon and is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Modi at 4:30 PM. Following the meeting with the Prime Minister, he will meet Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
According to the tour schedule, CM Chandrababu will also meet Union Ministers Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, and Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday.
This will be CM Chandrababu Naidu’s first meeting with the Prime Minister since submitting a detailed report to the Centre regarding the losses caused by heavy rains, the Budameru breach, and the resulting floods. The CM is expected to discuss several key issues, including the railway zone project, the merger of Vizag Steel with SAIL, and flood assistance funds. Reports indicate that CM Chandrababu will urge the Centre to ensure that the World Bank releases funds for the construction of Amaravati without delay. Additionally, he is likely to address funding for the Polavaram project and other important matters concerning Andhra Pradesh during his visit to Delhi.
