Nandanavanam encroachments to be cleared: Ponguleti

Minister for Revenue, Housing and Information and Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has directed officials to immediately clear illegal encroachments on government-constructed houses in Nandanavanam, under the LB Nagar constituency of Ranga Reddy district, and ensure they are allocated to eligible beneficiaries.
On Wednesday, the Minister convened a meeting with officials at the Secretariat to address issues concerning house allotments in Mankal and Nandanavanam under the Maheshwaram constituency.
During the meeting, which included Housing Secretary Jyothi Budha Prakash, Prajavani Nodal Officer D Divya, Ranga Reddy Collector Narayana Reddy, and former district collectors Dr S Harish and K Shashank, the Minister emphasised strict action against illegal occupants of government housing and advised officials to stand firm against any political pressure.
Grievances related to housing received through Prajavani should be forwarded to his office at the Secretariat, he said, adding, a dedicated officer in his office will be assigned the responsibility of addressing these complaints.
