New chapter begins

Springing a surprise, former IAS officer and Lok Satta Party founder Jayaprakash Narayan has announced his support to the alliance of BJP, TDP and Jana Sena Party.  Jayaprakash Narayan, former MLA, had hinted at his disenchantment with Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy by suggesting recently that providing welfare alone did not mean good governance and that welfare should be balanced with development. Jayaprakash Narayan had previously praised Jagan for his welfare schemes and for giving priority to the education sector.
