Niharika to soon join Madraskaaran’s shooting

After taking a few years off from acting, Mega Princess Niharika Konidela is back in the limelight once again with multiple shows and projects. While we have recently reported that she is the new host of Aha’s Chef Mantra season 3, it is also official that she is part of the Tamil film Madraskaaran, where she plays the female lead. Directed by Vaali Mohan Das, this is Niharika’s second film in Tamil after Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik.
The latest update exclusively from The Pioneer is that Niharika Konidela is set to join the shooting of Madraskaaran on March 17. It has been revealed by the actress that she will begin filming for this on March 17.
Promised as an action thriller, Madraskaaran is being compared with popular Kollywood films like Ishq and Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Actor Shane is making his Kollywood debut with this film, where actor Kalaiyarasan will play the other male lead.
The film, which is slated for mid-year release, is produced by B. Jagadish of SR Productions. – KRS
