Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that the BRS won’t have any alliance with the Left.
When asked he said that announcing 115 candidates speak for itself. Political analysts believe that the decision not to have any truck with the Left comes at a cost for the BRS. This is going to benefit the Congress.
They have allied in the past and now the Congress can conveniently go along with the Left.
Analysts think that the Left parties even though small have cadres till the booth level who will work for them. The strong organisational structure of the Left might help the Congress, as the BRS has dumped them, analysts believe.
Moreover, the political moves of KCR are being questioned for going with the Left during the Munugode by-election and letting them off the hook after winning the by-poll.
