Jana Sena Political Affairs Committee chairman Nadendla Manohar alleged that the Jagan Mohan Reddy-headed government is creating destruction in the State and it failed on all fronts. Nadendla Manohar held a meeting with the party activists at Railway Kodur in Kadapa district on Friday.

Addressing the activists, Manohar alleged that the Jagan government had crippled the State and the development had come to a halt. “The government has failed to do justice to the Annamayya project victims in the Chief Minister’s own district. cases being booked when the misdeeds are raised”, he flayed. He attributed the breach of the Annamayya project to the sand mafia. Indiscriminate sand mining and plundering of sand led the beach to the Annamayya project, he lashed out.

Manohar recalled that the Chief Minister had promised to give Rs 12,500 per hectare to remove the accumulated sand and waive the DWCRA loans, but he had not fulfilled the promises so far. Jagan Mohan Reddy also promised to construct houses on 5 cents of land within three months but he failed to do so.

The poor people, who were affected by the Annamayya project a year ago, are living in tents but the government did not provide them with houses, he lamented. He lamented that tomato prices plummeted, causing losses to the farmers and commented that ‘Rythu Bharosa Kendras’ are a big scam.
