Hyderabad: The BJP’s Goshamahal MLA, T. Raja Singh, has made it clear that he will not join any secular party. “I will not join the BRS or the Congress. My aim is to make Telangana a Hindu state,” he said.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Raja Singh said that he will work to establish a Hindu state by staying away from politics in case the BJP doesn’t give him a ticket. He said that AIMIM will decide the Goshamahal BRS MLA candidate and so the BRS has not decided its candidate for the seat so far. The Goshamahal BRS candidate will be decided in Darussalam, he added.
Raja Singh reiterated that he will quit politics in case the BJP doesn’t give a ticket to him and that he will not contest as an Independent or from any other political party. He said that the BJP high command favours him and that the party will end his suspension at an appropriate time.
Meanwhile, Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy made it clear that the party’s high command will take a decision regarding the suspension of Goshamahal MLA T. Raja Singh.
