No strikes in TSRTC from Dec 1

Telangana government on Monday issued an order banning its employees from going on strike for the next six months from December 1, 2023.  Keeping in view the public interest and considering the request of the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, TSRTC, VC Sajjanar, the government has decided to prohibit strikes in any service under the corporation for next six months. On November 30, the previous GO of banning is going to expire. Hence, Sajjanar has requested the government to extend the order for six more months. There are about 45,000 employees working in the corporation. Out of them 40,000 are regular workers and 5,000 are contract or outsourcing.
