Now is time to end ‘despotic rule’ in State: Kishan Reddy

PNS | Mahabubnagar

BJP State unit president G Kisan Reddy on Monday called upon people to teach bitter lesson to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the next elections. The BJP, he said, would soon launch campaign against anti-policies of the State government.

While BJP-led Central government built over 4 crore houses in the country for the homeless poor, the Chief Minister built a palace for himself like the erstwhile Nizam ruler.

Addressing a public meeting at the Clock Tower here on Monday, Kishan Reddy said that the BJP would never forget Mahabubnagar which is the cradle of many movements.

The BRS gave 10 acres of land to the Congress to built a party office here as it is hand in glove with the Congress, he alleged. But the BRS government failed 2 BHK houses for the homeless poor, he said. Now is the time for the people of Telangana to teach lesson to KCR, he felt.

The BJP would teach a lesson to KCR and arrogant BRS leaders, he cautioned and alleged that the State government did not allot a single ration card to the poor in the new state of Telangana.

Teacher posts remained vacant in all government educational institutions, he said, questioning KCR whether he was insensitive to difficulties being experienced by over 30 lakh unemployed. He charged the BRS with deliberately leaking TSPSC question paper to the detriment of the unemployed. He sought to know why the Chief Minister failed to extend the unemployment allowance to the jobless.

What happened to construction of 100-bed hospital in each Assembly constituency? Aslo, what happened to the loan waiver promised to the farmers?

Banks are not coming forward to advance loans to the farmers. In 2018, the Chief Minister promised free fertilisers, but failed to implement it.

He alleged that Kalvakuntla family was synonymous with “corruption.” The Centre has been building national highways spending thousands of crores. The Centre gives rice free of cost to the poor for the past three years, but the TRS leaders are benefiting from it, he alleged.

BJP national vice president DK Aruna called upon the BJP activists not to be disheartened and assured that the party would fight till KCR was unseated from power.

The BJP will fight till 2BHK houses are allotted to the homeless poor. The BJP, upon voted topower, allot 2 BHK houses to all.

She alleged that the Minister built the Collectorate close to his lands to ensure that the value of his lands appreciates further.
