NTR district swimmers have won several medals at the 33rd South Zone Swimming National Championship for Sub Juniors and Juniors, being conducted at Pirappancode in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
In the boys’ Group-2 category, M Theerthu Samadev won gold medal 1500 m Freestyle. Also, in the girls’ Group-3 category, K Lasya Sree won gold medal in 200 m Freestyle. Also, she bagged the silver medal in the 100 m Butterfly event.
The representatives of the NTR District and Krishna District Swimming Associations congratulated the winners.
