People who mocked me are now following me: Ashmita on Ashtrixx

Ashmita is a popular YouTuber, actor, and dancer who has reached many heights with her talent. The actress, with her YouTube channel Ashtrix, has taken content creation to another level. Her huge fan base on YouTube proves it all. Her videos have always been informative and motivational, be it tips on how to plan your house’s interiors or choosing the right make-up brand for you; Ashmita gives her viewers “no-non sene” videos, and she thanks her husband Sudhir for his constant support that led to this successful journey of hers as a reputed YouTuber.

She now added another feather to her cap by coming up with a web series, “A1 from Day 1.” A preview show of the same was hosted in the city, which was graced by Ashmita and her family. While Ashmita and her husband Sudhir play the lead roles in it, Sudhir has written and directed the series.

Speaking about her journey into YouTube, Ashmita said, “I ventured into digital media at a time when my career as an actress is at its peak. I am busy with TV serials and many movie opportunities are coming my way. I was also posed with questions on why YouTube now? I also heard comments about who would watch it. But I am happy that all those who mocked me then started YouTube channels and are following me. The success of Ashtrixx is largely due to the support of my husband Sudhir.”

“A notion that a woman’s career ends with marriage and children makes no sense to me; I don’t believe in it.” She continued, “I started Ashtrixx with the same belief. We used to brainstorm a lot on what kind of videos to make. In fact, we would read every comment posted under our videos. Now, with the kind of content we provide, Ashtrixx has become a brand, it is because of the trust of the viewers on us.”

Sudhir stated, “The journey of Ashtrixx is very memorable. What began with a small team has now become a brand in itself. When we came up with the idea of starting A1 from Day1 webseries, we tried for opportunities, but we felt rather than trying for opportunities, it is better if we create it. Hence, we started subscription for the series as we have complete trust in our project.
