TDP finding it hard to field candidates in Gudivada and Gannavaram

Former minister and MLA Perni Venkataramaiah (Nani) has challenged TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh to contest from Gudivada if he has guts. He criticised that the ongoing padayatra led by Lokesh begins after sunset like an evening walk and pointed out that the TDP was finding it hard to field candidates in Gudivada and Gannavaram constituencies.
Speaking at a media conference on Wednesday, Perni asked who Lokesh would talk to. “What will be discussed? If the padayatra is held during the day, people will cheer, but it is taking place late at night after the people have gone to sleep. The TDP leaders are luring people by paying Rs 1,000 per day,” he alleged.
The MLA said that Chandrababu turned Lokesh into an uncultured person and released him in public. Lokesh is organising the padayatra only to insult Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. If you watch the videos of Dr YSR and Jagan Mohan Reddy’s padayatra, they will know how to do the padayatra. Lokesh is in a pathetic situation unable to say anything about his father Chandrababu Naidu.
He added that during the padayatra, Jagan sought votes saying that he would build houses for the poor, create two lakh jobs and bring radical changes in the education sector. But Lokesh is taking part in the padayatra with boots,” criticised Nani.
Nani further pointed out that MLA Vamshi was a veterinary doctor during the TDP regime and how he became a human doctor now. Kodali Nani was a software engineer when he contested with TDP in 2004 and 2009, and now he is a lorry cleaner, and asked why Chandrababu and Lokesh were shivering in their pants seeing Vamshi and Kodali Nani.
Perni further lashed out at Chandrababu for bringing adopted son Pawan Kalyan, unable to contest alone against Jagan Mohan Reddy. The TDP has released their manifesto to cheat the people once again by promising the same schemes which are being implemented by the Jagan government.
Perni Nani said that Anna canteens were set up only to sell the products of heritage and asked how many Anna canteens had been set up across the State.
He further asked why Lokesh lost in Mangalagiri and Vamshi won in Gannavaram, which are on either side of Vijayawada. At least now Lokesh should change his attitude, culture and use of foul language.
Perni said that everyone knows how TDP created hurdles to the construction of the port in Machilipatnam. “I am ready to discuss the matter with Lokesh along with evidence. Let Lokesh decide the venue and time. I will come there. Does Lokesh dare to take my challenge,” Perni Nani asked
