Phone-tapping 2 days escort bail granted to accused Radha Kishan Rao

The Nampally court has granted escort bail to one of the accused in phone-tapping case P Radha Kishan Rao from 8 am on July 2 to 7 am on July 3 sO that he can perform the monthly rituals of his deceased mother, which are scheduled to be performed at his native village at Pallagutta in Jangaon district.
The court ordered the Superintendent of Chanchalguda Central Prison to take Radha Kishan Rao on July 2 under police escort to Janagaon district. His mother Potlapalli Sarojini Devi died (98) in Sagar Hospital at Karimnagar on June 2 while undergoing treatment.
“The escorting police officials shall allow Radha Kishan Rao to meet his family members, relatives and they shall not disrupt the rituals in any manner. The escort police officials shall not cause inconvenience to the family members and other persons attending the rituals at the said place,” the court said.
The  case has been filed under Sections of 409, 427, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC, Section 3 of PDPP Act and Sections 65, 66 and 70 of IT Act in Panjagutta police station.
