Phone-tapping case Bail petition of 3 accused  to be heard today at sessions court

The Nampally Metropolitan Sessions Court is going to hear the arguments over the bail petitions of accused Praneeth Rao, Bhujanga Rao and Thirupathanna on Wednesday.
Special Public Prosecutor Sambasiva Reddy has submitted a counter file against the bail petition of three accused on Monday to the 1st Metropolitan Sessions Judge.
Initially, the bail petitions were filed at Chief Metropolitan Magistrate but due to the various sections included in the case, the case has been transferred to Metropolitan Sessions Judge.
There is an uncertainty over another accused ex-Task force DCP Radha Kishan Rao’s bail petition as he has reportedly not filed a bail petition yet. Except Radha Kishan, all other accused have filed bail petitions. According to sources, Radha Kishan Rao may file petition on showing the reasons that he is pursuing a professional course. At present, all accused have been sent to the Chanchalguda jail after being investigated by the police.
