Rajya Sabha member and YSRCP national general secretary V Vijayasai Reddy has said that Prime Minister Modi was appreciative of the Andhra Pradesh government’s performance during a public meeting organised by the opposition alliance (comprising TDP, Janasena, BJP) in Chilakaluripet on Sunday.
Reddy said that Prime Minister Modi’s recognition of the State’s effective implementation of various schemes related to housing construction, clean water supply, and healthcare reflects the successful track record of the YSRCP government.
Speaking on Monday, he underscored the significance of the Prime Minister’s acknowledgement as a testament to the government’s commitment to public welfare.
Regarding the Prajagalam meeting orchestrated by the opposition alliance, Reddy expressed disappointment, branding it as a resounding failure that fell short of public expectations. He criticized the absence of any new promises, the lack of resolution concerning previous commitments, and the glaring omission of a developmental vision for Andhra Pradesh. Reddy lamented the alliance’s apparent disconnect from the populace’s concerns, dismissing their efforts as mere negative publicity rather than genuine engagement with pressing issues.
