Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar said that suspended BRS leader Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy will join the Congress. He said that Ponguleti will realise the value of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao after he joins another party.
But Ponguleti is not in a position to decide which party to join, Puvvada said and added that Ponguleti has no ideology and values. He said that politicians who had amassed money through illegal means are with Ponguleti.
Ponguleti tried to defeat BRS candidates while he was in the BRS, Puvvada said.
“Even if what I am saying about Ponguleti is not published that Ponguleti will certainly join the Congress. Ponguleti is a ‘Bacha’ in Khammam politics and a ‘Pittala Dora.’ He is frustrated and so he is changing different dresses like a ‘Pittala Dora.’ I am not afraid of Pittala Doras. What I have done will ensure my victory if Ponguleti fields a ‘Bacha’ against me,” Puvvada said.
He said that Ponguleti is happy thinking that he will become Chief Minister.
“How can Ponguleti become the CM? One should have the stature for that. Ponguleti looted hundreds of crores. Did you forget his looting during NSP Canal works? I have more information about Ponguleti. Those cases against Ponguleti are still there. I request all subcontractors who were deceived by Ponguleti to come to Khammam,” Puvvada said.
