‘Poor benefiting from welfare programmes’

Andhra Pradesh Government Advisor (public affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy has said that the YSRC government is helping the poor through its welfare programmes. “The previous TDP government did not even dream of doing it,” alleged the advisor.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, he said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a leader who strives for the empowerment of backward classes and the women. He took the administration to the people’s doorsteps. Key changes were brought in all sectors like education, medicine, agriculture and industry. Bringing political, economic and social empowerment is being done with determination. The CM has brought changes in digitization of classes. We have been celebrating the changes done in the state for the last three and a half years and bringing changes with affection and love, he said.

He alleged that the previous TDP government did not ever put efforts to make such changes. It is pointless to look at everything from a political point of view when 99.8 percent of the promises made are being fulfilled.

He said that the TDP was least bothered about what they did when they were in power. Public money was misused during Chandrababu’s regime. Sajjala further said that there would be no boundaries for the anarchies done by Telugu Desam.
