Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu made his first visit to the Kuppam constituency after taking office for the fourth time. He was warmly welcomed by a large gathering of party MLAs, leaders, and activists. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that the National Democratic Alliance Government, led by TDP, is committed to fulfilling the aspirations of the people, prioritizing welfare alongside rapid state development.
During his visit to the incomplete branch canal of the Handri-Neeva Srujala Sravanthi at Santhipuram of Chinnari Doddi, the Chief Minister paid homage to the late NT Rama Rao by visiting his statue.
Addressing a significant public gathering near the NTR Statue, Chandrababu Naidu acknowledged the challenges facing the new government and pledged proactive measures to steer the state towards progress. He characterized the previous YSRCP-led regime as a period of rampant corruption across the state.
“We will soon release white papers detailing the severe impacts on various sectors, and new farmers’ passbooks with official seals, replacing those with photos of YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy,” the Chief Minister assured the public. Reflecting on his longstanding bond with Kuppam, where he has won eight out of nine Assembly elections, Chandrababu Naidu expressed deep affection for its people, stating, “If I were to be reborn, I would wish to be born as a son of this soil.”
Highlighting his commitment to develop Kuppam, Chandrababu Naidu pledged to transform it into a model constituency with comprehensive action plans.
He expressed gratitude to DWCRA groups for their generous contribution of Rs 4.5 crore towards building the capital.
Assuring prompt completion of the Handri-Neeva Srujala Sravanthi branch canal to ensure water supply to every acre in the area, Chandrababu Naidu criticized the previous government’s welfare distribution methods. “While they distributed Rs 10, they siphoned off Rs 100. We will provide Rs 15 and pave the way to earn Rs 100,” he declared.
The Chief Minister affirmed the government’s commitment to elevate living standards across the state. He noted the historical electoral success of the Alliance in all seven segments of the Chittoor Lok Sabha constituency and highlighted the educational qualifications of newly elected MLAs.
“Encouraging youth and supporting weaker sections has always been our priority,” Chandrababu Naidu emphasized, pledging to address past injustices and ensure fair treatment for all sections of society.
Promising minimum support prices for all agricultural products, especially commercial crops, Chandrababu Naidu vowed to boost dairy production and transform Kuppam into an education hub. He assured prompt release of salary dues for Dravidian University staff and committed to completing pending projects in the constituency.
Local TDP leaders also contributed generously towards building the capital, reflecting their commitment to the party’s vision for progress and development.
