Dr Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences, China Avutapalli, conducted a meeting with the National Service Scheme (NSS) Programme Officers of the Siddhartha Educational Institutions in the combined Krishna district at the PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College in Vijayawada on Thursday.
In this meeting, the Dr PSIMS doctors discussed the students’ exchange programme and various programmes which will be organised during the NSS camps. Also, a discussion was held on blood grouping, blood camps, anemia, importance of the Telugu language, social service, human rights and violations and other issues.
Dr PSIMS has given consent to conduct medical camps during the NSS camps organised by their colleges. Every year, Dr PSIMS has been providing medical facilities to thousands of people across the district, the officials said.
Dr Kalyan Chakravarthi, Dr Jasmin Sultana, Dr Sriinvas and NSS programme officers were present.
