Pushpa 3 confirmed for 2028 release, producer reveals update

The Pushpa franchise, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, has been a massive success, with Pushpa: The Rise and Pushpa: The Rule achieving nationwide recognition. Now, fans have received an official update on the highly anticipated third installment.
During the promotional event for their upcoming film Robinhood in Vijayawada, Mythri Movie Makers producer Ravi Yelamanchili confirmed that ‘Pushpa 3’ is definitely happening and is planned for a 2028 release. “Yes, ‘Pushpa 3’ will happen, and we aim to release it in 2028,” he stated.
Meanwhile, director Sukumar and Allu Arjun are currently focused on other projects. Sukumar is set to direct Ram Charan, while Allu Arjun is in talks with multiple directors, including Atlee and Trivikram Srinivas.
With no official confirmation on Allu Arjun’s next film, it remains to be seen if he will complete two other films before returning to the Pushpa franchise. Fans are eagerly awaiting further updates on these major projects.
