Ram Charan makes history at Madame Tussauds with pet dog Rhyme

Must read

While many Indian actors have wax figures at Madame Tussauds, Ram Charan has made history by being the first to be immortalised alongside his pet dog, Rhyme. This unique honor places him in rare company, second only to Queen Elizabeth II, who was also portrayed with her pet.

The private unveiling took place in London with his family and close friends in attendance. Originally scheduled for a later date due to ongoing global tensions, the unveiling went ahead as peace and normalcy returned.

The wax figure features Ram Charan in the elegant black velvet bandhgala he wore at the 2023 Oscars. The statue is a tribute not just to his cinematic success but also to his deep bond with Rhyme.

One emotional moment came when Ram Charan’s father was moved to tears during the unveiling, showing how significant the occasion was. His mother Surekha and wife Upasana were also present. The statue will be displayed in London until May 19, after which it will be moved to Madame Tussauds Singapore.
