The upcoming film Game Changer is poised to be a significant milestone in Ram Charan’s career. Following his multi-starrer RRR, the actor is now set to appear in this film as a solo lead. Although he made a cameo appearance in Acharya after RRR, Ram Charan has high expectations for Game Changer. This film will be released not only in Telugu but also in other languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
This film is a crucial test for Ram Charan, as well as for director Shankar. Shankar’s previous films did not perform well at the box office, particularly Indian 2, which tarnished his reputation. As a result, he is heavily invested in the success of Game Changer, which marks his debut as a director in Telugu cinema. On the other hand, producer Dil Raju is the most anxious person, having invested a substantial amount of money in this film.
At a promotional event, he stated, “This is a comeback film for me.” Dil Raju added that he had seen the film and was confident that it would not only thrill fans but also appeal to a broader audience. “There are a few scenes where people will definitely applaud,” he said. Dil Raju also managed to secure ticket price hikes in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, the Telangana government did not grant permission for benefit shows.
