Actor Ravi Teja had a successful surgery on his right hand and has been advised by doctors to rest for a minimum of six weeks, according to his PR team.
On Thursday, the actor underwent a successful surgery at Yashoda Hospital.
According to his team, the actor sustained a muscle tear in his right hand during the filming of #RT75. Despite the injury, he continued to shoot, which unfortunately led to further aggravation.
The actor’s latest film, Mr. Bachchan directed by Harish Shankar, failed to attract audiences in theaters.
Now, the actor is working on his 75th film, and the tentative title is Kohinoor. Director Bhanu Bhogavarapu, while Sreeleela is the female lead. The film is scheduled for a 2025 Sankranthi release.

However, now that Ravi Teja has taken six weeks’ rest, the release may be delayed a bit, according to a source. Irrespective of his film’s fate at the box office, Ravi Teja is the one actor who continuously does films and has a few releases every year.
