Reaction forces envious of TS progress: Jagadish Reddy

Must read

Minister for Energy G Jagadish Reddy on Monday criticised Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan for staying away from the inauguration function of the State Secretariat.

Speaking to the media in Nalgonda and Suryapet, the Minister said that the reactionary forces are burning with envy as the State has made rapid strides to progress. He wondered why the Governor skipped the inauguration of the new Secretariat. The absence of reactionary forces at the inauguration of the Secretariat would not cause any damage.

He also came down heavily on the Opposition parties for being blind to Telangana’s progress. The Opposition parties are haunted by the fear that they would face a humiliating defeat in the elections.

The BJP government at the Centre had failed on all fronts. The Union government, led by the saffron party, has been suppressing the democratic rights of the people. The Centre has been selling off Public Sector undertakings for the benefit of corporates. The BJP-ruled State has been lagging behind Telangana in development on all fronts, Jagadish Reddy said.

He expressed confidence that the Bharat Rashtra Samith would score a hattrick. The Opposition would bite the dust, he said. He praised Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for ensuring that the State made rapid progress within a short span of time.

The Minister also inaugurated a new camp office for Munugode MLA K Prabhakar Reddy.
