Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that the price of Hyderabad land in the government auction is more than Rs 100 crore per acre, which is a reflection of Telangana’s leverage and the progress it is making.
“World-class giant companies are competing and pay such a high price to buy Telangana lands not only from an economic perspective but also from the perspective of Telangana’s progress,” he said. The CM said that the development index of the city of Hyderabad is a reflection of the current situation, which is reaching an unattainable height.
CM KCR made it clear that these land prices should be understood as a slap in the face of those who have insulted Hyderabad’s self-respect by inciting fear that Hyderabad will be destroyed if Telangana comes. He said that it is the result of the persistence of the State government, which is leading the villages and towns on the path of progress with a strong will to make a metropolis like Hyderabad a cosmopolitan city.
The Chief Minister congratulated HMDA officials, Minister KTR, HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner and MAUD Special General Secretary Arvind Kumar who are working tirelessly for the development of Hyderabad city.
