Retired IAS Officer Samuel Anand Kumar submitted his report (Part 1) on Boya and Valmiki issues to the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office here on Monday.
He studied the issues related to the Boya and Valmiki castes. Tribal Welfare Secretary Kantilal Dande was also present.
