Revanth, Harish engage on X over free bus for kids

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that he was happy to see the girls studying in Magdumpur Zilla Parishad High School, Nangunur Mandal in Siddipet District were are able to go to the school which is a kilometer away from the village without spending a rupee.
He attributed it to the free bus scheme and shared his views on X. They are showing their Aadhaar cards and expressing happiness that “we are able to go to school by bus for free because of the free travel scheme in the RTC bus introduced by the public government.” He said that a journalist friend sent this photo.
Siddipet MLA Harish Rao on X said, “It is ridiculous that the Chief Minister is boasting that girls are going to school only through the free travel scheme introduced by the Congress government.
Free bus travel for students has been in force since the BRS government.  It is deplorable that the Congress leaders are taking the schemes and works of the previous government to their account.
