Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka are going to New Delhi on Tuesday. Congress sources said that both the CM and the DCM will meet
Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the first time after the Congress came to power in Telangana.
It is learnt that the appointment with the Prime Minister is confirmed, however, the Telangana government has not announced it formally. In fact, the CM and the DCM will meet the Prime Minister at 4.30 pm and discuss the state’s economy and the Bills pending with the Centre.
It may be recalled that Modi had assured the Congress government that it will extend all help to the new government under the leadership of Revanth Reddy on the day Revanth took oath as the CM on December 7.
