He paid tributes to Jadav Bablu.
He assured the students that they can always contact him over e-mail if anyone of them were bullied by his or her classmates. A programme would be held with parents and students every week, he said. The suicide by the students, the second one in as many months, left the students in shock. The Congress activists, led by party leader Srihari Rao, staged a protest at the Area Hospital in Nirmal where a post-mortem on the body of the student was conducted. On Wednesday too, the Congress and BJP activists protested, but the police intervened and thwarted the protests.
