Amid rising political tensions, Education   Minister Botsa Satyanarayana has appealed for restraint and peace, urging all political parties and supporters to refrain from violence and social media hostility until the June 4 election results are announced.
Addressing a press conference on Friday, he underscored the importance of a peaceful electoral process in navigating the complexities of Andhra Pradesh’s political terrain.
He likened the election manifesto to a guiding principle shaping the political landscape of the State. Emphasising the fruitful translation of promises into concrete actions over the past five years, Satyanarayana highlighted the groundwork laid for future governance by the YSRCP.

Minister Satyanarayana showcased the major reforms in education and social advancements as evidence of the party’s dedication to public welfare. He called for continued support from the public, citing the recent electoral mandate as validation of the government’s initiatives. With expectations high for the upcoming June 4 counting process, Minister Satyanarayana announced Chief Minister Jagan’s imminent oath-taking ceremony in Visakhapatnam.
Expressing optimism about the YSRCP’s performance in Vizianagaram, he confidently predicted victory in all nine seats, attributing this confidence to transparent welfare delivery and widespread support.
However, the Minister did not shy away from criticising the Opposition, particularly Chandrababu Naidu, accusing him of hindering welfare programmes and inciting political unrest. Naidu was accused of orchestrating attacks and riots, alongside questioning the impartiality of the Election Commission.
