Minister for Municipal Administration Audimulapu Suresh has handed over Rs 10 lakh ex gratia to the kin of the deceased.
Seven members of a marriage party were killed when an APSRTC bus plunged into the NS canal a few days ago. The government announced Rs 10 lakh ex gratia to each of the bereaved families.
The minister handed over the Rs 10 lakh ex gratia to the kin of seven deceased and Rs 2 lakh to two seriously injured persons.
