‘Run for Jesus’ on March 30

Vijayawada Catholic  Diocese  Fr Rev Muvvala Prasad said that on March 30, the ‘Run for Jesus’ rally will be organized on the eve of holy Easter and appealed to the Christian organizations and federations to participate in good numbers. On Thursday, he spoke to the media persons and said that on March 30 they are organizing Run for Jesus not only in Vijayawada but also in various other places across the state.
Fr Prasad said that Run for Jesus will be launched by Vijayawada Catholic Diocese Bishop Rev T Joseph Raja Rao along with CSI Bishop Rev Joerge Cornelius and other church heads at 5.30 am from St Paul’s Cathedral church near Benz Circle. He said that the rally will proceed from St Paul Cathedral towards Polyclinic Road, Mother Theressa statue, Sikhamani Centre, and state Guest House and will conclude at CSI church St Pauls church.
He said that the Christians across Vijayawada city should participate in the rally and make it a big success. Later, Fr Prasad, Rev A Viswaprasad, Rev Seelam Praveen, Rev S Jayakumar, and others unveiled the wall poster of Run for Jesus.
