SAAP Chess Tournament on Sunday

The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) and the Andhra Chess Association are jointly organising a chess tournament at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) Stadium in Vijayawada on December 4.

SAAP Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Dr N Prabhakar Reddy released the poster for the tournament at the IGMC stadium on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that students of all schools and colleges may participate in the chess tournament. He made it clear that there would be no age restriction.

Those who have an Elo rating below 1500 may also participate in the SAAP Chess Tournament.
