Security arrangements for CM’s programme reviewed

Prakasam district Collector AS Dinesh Kumar and SP P Parameshwar Reddy, along with other officials, inspected the security arrangements for the Chief Minister’s programme.
Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will participate in a programme on February 23 to distribute house sites to the eligible poor at Malleswarapuram Agraharam and Vengamukkapalem villages. The security arrangements are being made under the supervision of advanced security liaison (ASL) officers.
The Collector and SP accompanied by SSG officers, MLA Balineni Srinivasa Reddy and Joint Collector Gopal Krishna inspected the arrangements for the Chief Ministers programme on Thursday.
They saw the helipad, CMs convoy route, the dais, parking places and the pylon. The SP gave directions to the officials on regulating vehicles and traffic and arranging parking slots. They also gave guidelines on VIP vehicles parking and VIP enclosures.
They instructed the officials to complete the barricading works and pylon construction works at the earliest.  The Collector and SP reviewed the security arrangements at the venue and dais.
ASP (Crime) SV Sridhar Rao, Additional SP Ashok Babu, SSG DSP K Srinivasa Rao and other officials were among those who accompanied the Collector.
