In response to a distressing incident involving a young girl, Lakshita, who was feared to have fallen victim to a wild beast attack along the Alipiri Footpath route on a fateful Friday night, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has taken significant steps to bolster security. Collaborating closely with the Forest and Police departments, the TTD has intensified its efforts to ensure the safety of trekkers at vulnerable points along the footpath route.
In a proactive move, TTD’s Executive Officer, AV Dharma Reddy, convened a high-level meeting at the Gokulam Conference Hall on Saturday.
