SIT issues notices to BL Santosh

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the MLAs poaching case has reportedly issued notices to BL Santosh, BJP national general secretary, in connection with the incidents that took place in the Moinabad farmhouse. They have issued notices under Cr PC 41A to appear before them on 21November at 10:30am at the Integrated Command Control Center Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate, Banjara Hills.

The notice reads, “You will not commit any offence in future. You will not tamper with the evidences in the case in any manner whatsoever”. SIT officials asked B L Santosh to bring his mobile phone without tampering or deleting any information in the device from the time of receipt of notice.

The SIT officials stated in their notices that if Santosh fails to attend the hearing, he could be arrested. “Failure to attend/comply with the terms of this notice can render you liable for arrest under section 41-A(3) and (4) of CrP.C”.

Besides, Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay’s follower Srinivas has also been issued SIT notices in the same case. He was also ordered to appear before the SIT on 21November.
It is known that the SIT team had issued a notice to Tushar in the same case on Thursday.

The notice said that the inquiry should be heard before 21November. Tushar’s name has been mentioned by the accused in the MLAs poaching case. The SIT team has issued a notice to Tushar to come for investigation.

Ramachandra Bharati, Simhayaji and Nandakumar were arrested by the police on 26 October for luring MLAs in a farmhouse in Moinabad. The Telangana government constituted the SIT to investigate the case. The SIT is headed by Hyderabad CP CV Anand. The SIT will aggressively investigate the case. The SIT conducted searches in the states of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Haryana. The SIT has arrested two in Kerala state.

The police suspect that this doctor acted as an intermediary between Tushar and Ramachandra Bharati. Ramachandra Bharati mentions Tushar’s name in the audio conversations. This month Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao also mentioned Tushar’s name while organizing a media conference. It is known that KCR also showed the photo of Tushar’s meeting with the Home Minister of Kent in the media conference.
