Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister, Somesh Kumar, along with his spouse, on Monday visited Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple at Vemulawada and had a darshan of the deity.
District Collector Anurag Jayanti, District Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan, MLA Ramesh Babu, Vemulavada Municipal Chairperson Ramatirthapu Madhavi, temple Executive Officer Krishna Prasad welcomed the dignitary at the Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Guest House by presenting him with a bouquet.
The temple priests extended a traditional welcome to the couple. Later, they blessed Somesh Kumar amidst chanting of Vedic hymns at Addala Mantap here.
Vemulawada MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh felicitated Somesh Kumar by presenting him with a shawl.
