Sreeleela made a remarkable entry into Telugu cinema, but her latest films haven’t performed as expected. Despite starring in Skanda, Aadikeshava, Extra Ordinary Man and Robinhood, none of them managed to make an impact at the box office.
The actress had high hopes for Robinhood, promoting it extensively, but the film failed to resonate with audiences. With this, she is now shifting her full focus to her Bollywood debut, where she will be seen alongside Kartik Aaryan.
The film’s shoot is currently underway and Sreeleela is hopeful that it will mark a successful new chapter in her career.
Apart from Bollywood, she is also making her Tamil debut with Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan and Atharva. Given Sudha Kongara’s reputation for crafting compelling stories, Parasakthi could provide Sreeleela with a strong Tamil launch.
With these projects, the actress is on her way to establishing herself across multiple film industries. Having debuted in Kannada cinema before making a name in Telugu, she is now set to conquer Hindi and Tamil films, leaving Malayalam as the only South Indian industry she has yet to explore.
