St. John’s student selected for natl science meet

G Darshitha, a student of St. John’s English Medium School at Gunadala in Vijayawada, has been selected for the 30th National Children’s Science Congress to be held in Gujarat next year in January.

She participated in the State-level Children’s Science Congress held in the SPSR Nellore district from December 10 to 11. She exhibited her project, ‘The Uses of Kadamba Fruit’ and explained the benefits of the fruit. The selection committee selected her project for the National Science Congress. As many as 17 projects were selected for the 30th National Children’s Science Congress from the State.

Darshitha received ‘The Best Project’ certificate from Minister for Tourism and Youth Services RK Roja. NTR District Science Officer M Hussain appreciated Darshita.
