Twenty-eight years ago, I was the young prince, Duryodhan. I am still known by people as Duryodhan. I was fascinated when I learned about the play the previous year. After play, I hope to be remembered as Raavan. The audience gets to choose between Ram and Raavan at the play’s conclusion. Folklore is the legacy of the victims’ written history. The drama is written in verse throughout. I studied them all over the course of eight months. In prose, you can express something different in the same context even if you miss a sentence. However, because it was all poetry, it was extremely difficult to recall the lines.
